- The credit card that is used for the booking needs to be present upon arrival
- Please note that when staying 7 days or longer, the apartment is cleaned once a week. Linens are also changed once a week. A dishcloth, dishtowel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
- Please note that a security deposit of 300 EUR by credit card is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made.
- One child under 4 years is charged EUR 10 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
- The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
