Arrival - Our regular check-in time is till 17.00 hours. Tourist/City Tax - all our prices are excluding city tax for the city of Haarlem, current € 5,- per person per night, which can be paid during your stay.

Standard reservation - you can cancel up to 24 hours before date of arrival, so up to and including 2 days before arrivaldate. For a late cancellation or no show we will charge the first night.

For Group reservatinons (more than 3 rooms) we have different conditions for cancellation. Special conditions rule before the general conditions.

Non Refundable reservation - payment of room price at reservation, there will be no refund in case of cancellation or modification. Tourism tax to be paid during your stay.
