Standard booking :

• Until 30 days before day of arrival : no costs;
• Until 15 days before day of arrival: 50% of total amount will be charged;
• Reservations cancelled or modified later, no-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld;
• When booking 3 rooms or more a different policy applies: 25% of the reservation cost will be charged and the amount is non-refundable.

FLEX-rate booking:

Reservation can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
